Enter a property address and we will add it to our permanent do-not-mail list and delete any records we currently hold for it. It will never be mailed or re-imported.

What we collect

We collect new-mortgage records from county recorder offices — public records that include the borrower's name, the property address, the loan amount, and the date it was recorded. We also collect the account information of the businesses that use the platform (email, and payment details handled by our payment processor).

Why we collect it and how we use it

The records are used for one purpose: to produce and mail direct-mail pieces on behalf of licensed brokers who use the platform. We do not use these records to call or text the people in them, and we do not sell raw record lists — we sell a mailing service.

Your rights

You can ask us to remove your address at any time using the form above; it takes effect immediately and is permanent. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. To exercise any of these, use the form above or contact us.

Who we share it with

To deliver mail, records are shared with our mailhouse. We use service providers for payments, hosting, and email. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How we protect it

Access is restricted, credentials are encrypted, and records that are opted out are suppressed from all future processing.
