Common questions

When can I start buying?

As soon as you confirm your email address. There is no approval queue — you sign up, confirm, fund your wallet and buy. These are public-record leads licensed for direct mail only, and the attestation you accepted at signup is what sits behind that licence. If buying is ever locked for you, the account has been suspended and the banner will say so.

Can I see and download the records I bought?

Yes. Open the order from Order history and the records are listed in full — homeowner, address, lender, loan and dates — with an Export spreadsheet button for the same file your mail house receives. What we never release is inventory you have not bought: browsing shows the county, the loan and the age, and the name and street unlock at purchase. That is what lets us license public-record data for mailing at all. If you would rather the records went straight to your own CRM, add a connector under Settings → Integrations.

What am I actually paying for?

Two things, shown as two lines on every order: the records, priced by how fresh they are, and postage and mailing per piece. A record you buy is yours to re-mail — there is no per-lead meter. The ladder on Markets shows what each age band costs today.

When will my mail actually land?

The tracking page gives a window rather than a date, and says so. A postcard carries no tracking barcode we can read, so anything past “in the post” is an estimate — except a phone call, which is the one hard proof a card arrived. We would rather show you an honest window than a delivery date nobody checked.

How do I protect my account?

Turn on two-factor authentication under Settings → Security. Your wallet and your agency's records sit behind that password; a second factor means a stolen one is not enough on its own.

Someone else needs access

Invite them from Settings → Agency. They get their own login and their own password — never share yours, because every action stays attributable to a person and a shared password destroys that.
